2006 London Throw Down

Ever feel like you're slowly being suffocated? Me, neither.

Must remember we're always evolving. Darwin would be so proud.

To those of you who have escaped London, Ontario or who are about to, I salute you. Hope you're having wonderful times in your respective locales (Winnipeg, Jerrabomberra(?), Paris, Durban, etc., etc.). Fingers crossed and I'll be following shortly.

However, if any of you are looking for a reason to return the scuttlebutt around the Forest City is saying that the upcoming municipal election is going to be a doozy. MP Joe Fontana is expected to throw his hat in the ring to challenge the recently wed Mayor Anne-Marie DiCicco-Best for her seat. Now any who know me understand that I'm no fan of the Liberal Party of Canada, but let's face it; a mentally challenged koala could do a better job than Her Worship Anne-Marie DiCicco-Best. If nothing else, the municipal election will be exciting to watch.

Just when you thought London politics couldn't get anymore ridiculous.
